For the first time in more than 50 years, Trey led the effort to reform Kentucky's business partnership law. This legislation enhances the Commonwealth's ability to attract and retain jobs. During the last session of the General Assembly, Trey delivered on a promise to make Kentucky's business entity laws clear, concise and consistent. This change reduces the burdensome red tape that many citizens face when trying to form a business in Kentucky.

Trey created a user-friendly Web site that gives Kentuckians access to important business information around the clock - not just when it's convenient for bureaucrats in Frankfort. Filling out annual reports online, downloading business filing forms, and viewing images of business documents all strengthen the business environment in Kentucky.
